I found new virus as a shortcut all folders and usb flash drives

I know how to find and clear methord step by step I can teach you to remove it.

Ok.
 first you may download microsoft sysinternal tools and choose extract process explorer tool it to your infected computer
2. after run it you can see your process like a chart
3. then you must see last rigtht down process as used explorer some of windows scipt file
4. click it through right mouse click and get propaties
5.  now you can see whare the file located and you must kill process first and find location
6. after go to location of process file like *.vbs
7. shift Delete it( shift key with delete key)
8. now you killed and deleted virus, But some process may be your machine heart you some like error messages
9. you run if you use win xp you can find your run location or win above version you must search location and type it msconfig and run it Run as a administrator (win xp it not include no administrator warrnings)
10. see startup and you can see some boxes and right mark all process
11. now you know the run file of *.vbs and uncheck it and apply and ok
